Once an item is set up as Catch Weight, a Purchase and Sales is done by the fish/box.
For example: This customer wants three Yellowfin Tuna
The Packing List now says 3 Fish
The packers can then allocate the specific fish (they can also Auto-Alocate with FIFO if that is easier).
And the Final invoice will reflect the weight of those fish.
