Follow these steps to resolve blank prints.

MB240 Troubleshooting for Blank Tags
If you are using the larger, TSC MB240 Printer, please follow these steps:
- On the printer, tap the Menu icon
- Tap Settings
- Ensure the Command Set is set to TSPL, NOT to ZPL2
- Ensure the Density is above 0, preferably between 5 and 8, make darker as needed
If that doesn't work, please try calibrating. After calibration if you're still experiencing blank tags, you can follow the same steps for Mobile troubleshooting below.
Mobile Troubleshooting for Blank Tags
If you are using a Mobile Printer, please follow these steps:
- First try calibrating your printer from the BlueTrace App: Settings > Printer > Calibrate
- Next, you could be experiencing some BlueTooth connectivity issues (we send images of tags to the printer over BlueTooth), please try rebooting your iPhone/iPad and the printer
- Finally, you can disable "Advanced Printing" meaning you can fallback to our non-image, legacy based tag printing, to do this, follow these steps in the BlueTrace App:
- Settings > Printer > Connected Printer (ensure you're connected via BlueTooth)
- Select your printer displayed in the Connected Printer List
- Turn off the switch next to "Advanced Printing" and tap "Save"
- Attempt to print a tag
