A sales order that needs review should be checked.
When a Sales Order has a "Needs Review" Badge it's indicating that something Ordered by a customer doesn't match what was packed out by the team. Here's how you review it:
- Click on the Sales Order # to open it
- There are two tabs:
- Order Form: showing what was ordered
- Packed Lots: showing what was entered into the BlueTrace iOS app and how it compared to what was ordered by the Customer
- Click on "Packed Lots" and notice the differences communicated between what was ordered and what was packed
- To correct the issue, there may be a few different solutions depending on what inventory was actually shipped:
- Correct what was shipped to reflect what was on the sales order
- Correct the sales order to match what was packed/shipped
- Ignore the differences and close the sales order if the differences are minor/acceptable

Warning your team to avoid mistakes
Your team will be warned in the iOS app when packing an order if the items do not match, so even before your sales order goes into "needs review" the system is trying to tell the user if something seems wrong.
