What does it mean when a Purchase Needs Review

A purchase that needs review should be checked.

When a Purchase has a "Needs Review" Badge it's indicating that something Ordered from a Vendor doesn't match what was Received.  Here's how you review it:

1. Click on the Purchase # to open the purchase
2. There are two tabs:
   1. Order Form: showing what was ordered
   2. Received Lots: showing what was received and how it compared to what was ordered from the vendor
3. Click on "Received Lots" and notice the differences communicated between what was ordered and what was received
4. To correct the issue, there may be a few different solutions depending on what inventory was actually received:
   1. Correct what was received to reflect what was ordered on the purchase
   2. Correct the purchase to match what was received
   3. Ignore the differences and close the purchase if the differences are minor/acceptable
