      Shipping a Sales Order

      Shipping a Sales Order using the BlueTrace iOS App

      How to Ship a Sales Order on the BlueTrace iOS App (on an iPhone or iPad):

      1. Navigate to the Ship Orders area
      2. Tap New
      3. Enter the customer
      4. Select the lots you're pulling inventory from
      5. Assign the sales order number for today's shipment
      6. Fill in any data points you'd like to appear in your HACCP log or on the Bill of Lading for this shipment (if you aren't sure what these are, just skip them for now)
      7. Specify the quantity being pulled out of inventory for each lot
      8. Save
