Copy an existing lot and modify it
Once you've received a lot, you can copy it and change a few fields to make receiving more inventory faster. Note: you will need to update the traceability lot code if you need it to be unique.
- Tap on a received lot
- Under "Actions" tap "Copy"
- Modify the fields that are important - including traceability lot code if it needs to be unique
- Save

Scan to receive
If your supplier/vendor is also using BlueTrace, you can scan their tag or label to receive the entire lot. Once you scan a tag, you create a link to that vendor in the database. You can manage these linked vendors in Settings > Receive > Linked Vendors.
- Tap Scan at the bottom of the screen OR tap on the Incoming lot from the vendor
- Scan the QR code on the tag or label
- Fill in any missing information
- Check the details
- Save
