My log is blank, what is going on?

If you're seeing a blank log, it's likely that filters are applied, here's how to unset them.

Here is how to unset filters in both of our iPhone/iPad apps:

Tag Printing App

BlueTrace Tag Printing App > Tap Filters > Tap Unset > Tap Apply

Please note the filters displayed slide from side to side, you may have to slide it all the way to the right to see the filter option to the far left.
