Navigate to settings, tap on Printer, then tap on Request Paper.
When we send you tag paper and label stickers, we make an effort to keep track of how many you are using so that we can send you more before you run out. We support three scenarios:
1. Request more paper sooner
2. Tell the app to hold off on replenishment
3. Edit remaining roll count so we have a better sense of what you really have
Request More Paper ASAP
Sometimes fresh rolls of paper can get lost or accidentally destroyed and you may need paper sooner. The app allows you to request more paper, asap.
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap on Printer
- Tap Request Paper
- Tap "Request more paper for ASAP shipment"
- Fill out what type of paper you want, how much, and make sure it's shipping to the right address and tap "Request paper"
Delay Paper Replenishment
When you've used up a majority of your paper, we'll send you an email letting you know fresh paper will be shipping soon. If for some reason you want to delay this shipment, here's how you can do that:
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap on Printer
- Tap Request Paper
- Tap "Delay next shipment"
- In the "Mobile Tags Inventory" field you can adjust the number of rolls you have
- In the "Replenish Paper When" field, you have the flexibility to set the number of rolls you want to have before we send you more. For instance, if you set it to 1, we will only send you additional paper when you have just one roll remaining.
Edit # Rolls Remaining
Tell the system how much you really have left so we can better count down to your next replenishment.
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap on Printer
- Tap on the # of rolls remaining - edit the count of rolls - tap save
