I receive unculled product and send it out if different sizes and brands. How do I record that?

For instance, I received 500lbs of clams. Some goes out as Littlenecks and others as Topnecks.

Start by building your order:

1. Select your customer
2. Select a lot from your receiving log
3. Fill in all the basic order details

In this example, I received unculled clams and then I processed them into bags of littlenecks and countnecks.

1. Modify the brand so that it's no longer "Unculled Clams" but "Littleneck Clams" - then specify how many bags of littlenecks you have
2. Then scroll to the bottom of that lot and tap "Add another cull/brand from this lot"
3. Modify the brand so that it's "Countneck clams" - then specify how many bags of countnecks you have

Behind the scenes we will match the incoming lot with the outgoing lot so you will be able to see all the orders that removed inventory from the original lot.
