In this example: we received 1,000 lbs of Halibut from Billy Bushels. The product cost us $8,000 and we sold it for $12,000. So made a 33% margin. You can see in the "Activity" tab that it was cut into fillets.
On the "Trace" tab we can see those fillets were sold to Alpha University and Annapolis Seafood.
