How can I sign in to the app or reset my password?

Your email address can be used to reset your password. To sign in you can enter your username OR email + password.

When you became a customer, our team created an account for you using:

  • an email address
  • a username 
  • a password

We also recommended you reset your password immediately to something personal to you.

You do this on the sign in screen, by tapping "Reset your password." Then you enter the email address assigned to your account, then you get an email with steps to complete the process. 

If you do not recall the email address associated with your account, please just reach out.
