Creating & Managing Customers

Customers can be created, edited, and deleted in either the BlueTrace iOS or web application.

BlueTrace Web App

Your customers can be created an managed from the BlueTrace web application. Navigate to "Sales" then "Customers". You will see a list of all the customers you have created, and can add new.

Also, under each customer you can setup "Contacts." These may be important if you want multiple parties to receive advanced shipping notices from BlueTrace when you ship their order.

Here's an example of how to create a customer and a contact.

Customers can be created from the iOS app too, provided that the user has permission to do so. This can be done from the Settings area or when shipping an order.
